Project Manager / Designer
We are seeking a project manager with extensive experience in single family residential design and light framed wood construction with proficiency in AutoCAD, and minimum of 3 years experience in architectural or design studio. Field experience (framing and/or building and construction) is preferred. This person will have clear and decisive communication skills and have strong client service skills. This candidate must be able to work independently while also collaborating and offering support to others on the design team. The ability to self-manage and adhere to tight deadlines is a must. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and ACT is preferred.
