There are three ways we can work together:

• Stock Plans. Leverage our experience, and build your custom home from one of our existing plans. To adapt a specific design to your locale and site, modifications may be needed (structural, mechanical, environmental, building code, and personal preferences).

• Modified Plans. Bungalows are about personality— your personality. Most our clients purchase stock plans as a starting point, then add their own touches. The cost of modifying a base plan is generally at least the same as (and in addition to) the base plan.

• Custom Plans. If your home site or imagination is beyond the scope of our base plans, then we’re ready to help design your dream.
